Ensure HR audit and control processes and controls are developed and followed in compliance with state laws and internal policies and procedures
• Assists employees with human resources needs, Payroll & HR operations
• Assisting in preparing Full & Final settlement.
• Should have complete knowledge in Processing Payroll inputs like, LOP, RLOP Earnings & Deductions, Salary revisions, Gratuity etc and must be able to handle independently
Reimbursement-
• Preparing reimbursement master
• Collect reimbursement documents form Employees on monthly basis/follow-up.
• Documents to be validated.
