Roles and Responsibilities
Evaluation of JD Power IQS report and identification of improvement areas with stakeholders
Conduct meeting with the stake holders to drive the improvements
Preparation of Customer / Dealer education modules (Document/Video etc)
Responsible for collecting feedbacks from the dealership
Analysis of SSI/CSI feedbacks, identification of emerging issues, planning pre-emptive actions
Preparation of various monthly reports with analysis, synthesis, and presentation to the management.
Monitoring and ensuring Process adherence to understand the issues, creating awareness to the associate level and close looping.
Interaction with Customers, Dealer partners and survey providers to understand market expectation, Technological changes, Targeted market, Customer etc.
Managing the lesson learned and Participation in New Projects from design phase to provide the market feedbacks.

Should have Hands on Experience of managing Passenger vehicle IQS/NCBS/other 3rd party surveys
Should have relevant experience with different PV Products, their features and current market trend
