Attendance and leave management (Biometric tracker)
• Reconciliation of leaves (manual entry vs entry in system (SAP)). Follow up with employees/HODs for leave approvals
• Follow up with employees to update leaves in the system.
• Update new joinee and exist in system
• Preparing salary Reconciliation
• Preparation of payment file and sending the same to F&A for making final disbursement.
• Banking related transaction.
• Preparing statutory files (PF, PT and ESIC).
• Making statutory payments (PT) location wise.
• Prepare SAP upload files (JV)
• Reconciliation with F&A on SAP upload files
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for all security audits and work with internal teams and manage HR compliance documentation, process and audits
• Ensure HR audit and control processes and controls are developed and followed in compliance with state laws and internal policies and procedures
• Assists employees with human resources needs, Payroll & HR operations
Job Skills
Assisting in preparing Full & Final settlement. • Should have complete knowledge in Processing Payroll inputs like, LOP, RLOP Earnings & Deductions, Salary revisions, Gratuity etc and must be able to handle independently Reimbursement- • Preparing reimbursement master • Collect reimbursement documents form Employees on monthly basis/follow-up. • Documents to be validated.
MBA - minimum 5- 7 years experience i • Good Communication skills • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
