Manage E commerce Platforms E2E Solutions which includes: Introduce new features on E commerce Platforms (web/app) with help of Development Team. Onboard and train Customers P/L Owner for E commerce sales. Own MIS for E-Commerce for Analytics, Management Decisions. Coordinate with SCM and Logistics Team for Delivery issues. Coordinate with NPD for newly launched products , catalogue updation and pricing etc. Update Digital Catalogue with relevant Pictures. Order to Delivery Ownership and resolve Platform Issues(Technical /Non Technical) on Priority. Idea and Execute Promotions on E commerce Platform Increase Average Order Value for Retailers (Online/Offline)Job Skills
- Plan WhatsApp/Email Campaigns for new Initiatives.
- Own App/Web Banners and Creatives for customer communication.
- Ideate and Execute Notification Marketing for Ecommerce Platforms.
- Assist Marketing Head in Digital Transformation Projects like Loyalty program , Secondary Sales, Cashbacks etc.
- Manage SEO of the Digital Platform.
