Roles - Responsible for selling products, technical products and services to a wide range of medium-sized accounts and customers with accountability for achieving specific sales objectives. Responsibilities- * Business development - responsible to bring in new sales. * Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of the Sales department. * Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze findings, assist in product development, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies. * Account management. * Sales presentations, proposals, quotes. * Aid in the establishment of the sales process standards, metrics etc. * Responsible for customer satisfaction. * Partially responsible for delivery and execution. * Recognize and act on ways to reduce costs and enhance productivity.

Job Skills

Candidate-  
* Degree in Engineering, with MBA in Marketing and 15-20 yrs of experience in Automotive sector preferably Transmission/ Engine / Drive line components.
* Communicate trends and requests to upper management, making the case for introduction of new product lines and persuading management of modifications in sales strategies.
* Ability to make decisions and resolve difficult situations involving clients, sales representatives, etc.
* Ability to read and understand financial reports and sales records.
* Prepare reports on sales targets and inventory needs in order to plan future resource requirements.
* Ability to work independently. Serve as a team leader coordinating activities with others.
* Excellent command over Computer / business communication skill.
* Ready to travel internationally (Travel @50 %)
