Find out OEM production plans, push maximum products beyond allocated market shares, follow up for collections, warranty coordination, customer service department. Collect competitor information, 3months forecast. Find out actual production figures model wise applicable to and evaluate and competitor market share with data and input to the plant. In short be the eyes and ears of at the customer place. Visit to be made at least twice a month.
