Preparing MIS on monthly basis for plant related KPIs
Associates review and monitoring progress
Implementation of HR / IR Policies related to plant
Organise training as per training needs of blue collared associates
Maintenance of Industrial Discipline, including procedures like Show-cause / charge sheet and consequential actions
Ensuring the legal compliance of the factory and or other legal requirements
Co-ordinate and execute Internal / Externals / audits and ensure compliance
Liaison with Govt. Authorities Viz. P.F., ESIC, Labour Deptt., Directorate of Factories, Pollution Board, District Administration, Deptt. Of Industries, Police Personnel. Etc.
Any Manufacturing Industry having Unionised Culture.
Job Skills
Graduation plus MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Good scores (average 60%) throughout the career.
Fluency in MS- Office
Expertise in advance Excel and Power point
Fluency and command over spoken and written English
Working knowledge on ERP in manufacturing process (MRP).
