Presenting technical Presentation at various platforms and business meetings as per company need
Involve in Techno commercial meetings for technical know how and presenting our product USPs
Act on all customer complaint within specified TAT and provide proper resolution to derive customer satisfaction
Analyze the complaints trend and propose effective improvements to avoid reoccurrence of repeated issues
Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission values, and financial objectives.
