FEA engineer to support global and local engineering teams across to execute FEA simulations to validate coupling design. He will be responsible to drive productivity and efficiency Job Description (JD) Carry out static/dynamic, Linear/Nonlinear, Thermal and Thermomechanical FEA (Finite element analysis) of couplings products. Perform Low Cycle Fatigue and High Cycle Fatigue assessment of couplings products. Creation of technical reports. Liaison with internal and external stakeholder for having relevant data and information Driving efficiency and productivity.

Job Skills

Postgraduate (M.E/M. Tech) from premier institutes in Mechanical Engineering or

Equivalent having FEM as one of their core subjects.

2-4 years of proven experience in simulation of mechanical components using FEA

software Abaqus (both Solver & CAE).

Proficient in engineering mechanics and mechanical design.

Experience in creation of technical documents, review and presentations.

Experience in simulation of rubber and plastic components using Hyperelastic and

Viscoelastic material models will add weightage.

Experience in thermomechanical simulations (heat dissipation analysis) of rubber and

plastic components will add weightage.

Experience in manufacturing methods and processes is preferred.

Should be proactive to help design engineers to have optimum and robust product

and participate in design reviews.
