Analyse and increase penetration of the brand in market by preparing roadmap for development of best possible network with business potential for a particular product segment.
Prepare comparative tactical propositions, pricing policy, discount/incentive policy.
Prepare below line proposition policies for channel empowerment and field team enablement.
Promote the customer reference tactics for important customers segment.
Identify and prepare the benefits of products and communicate the same with customers, dealer sales, and dealer and company sales staffs.
Prepare roadmap for development of dealership network coverage in line with business potential.
Building and developing a marketing team that is competent, dedicated, commercially astute and efficient.
Create and improve customer perceptions of the brand in terms of product offering, pricing, offers and promotions.
Monitor Qualitative research and analyze economic trends and forecast geographical emphasis and market segment growth.
Job Skills
To collect data and build strong database for analyse and take interferences and formulate policies for product precautions.
Regularly evaluating the regulatory impact on each product and segments.
Align with the company production and policies to always cope- up with and resolve the regulatory issues (if any) at micro & macro level.
Align the product & market segment.
Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relation efforts.
Assist in preparing the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for new and current products and services.
To manage the core process for business enhancement planning, through initiatives, campaign, performance tracking and execution of marketing and sales programs.
Formulate and prepare mechanism for monitoring the incentive schemes.
Focus on continuous Products Quality improvement with close co-ordination with manufacturing, engineering and product development activities of the company
