Job Description

Responsible to manage end to end operations for Raw Material handling in all stores of the plant. Ensure implementation of best-in-class material management practices like FIFO, 5S and KANBAN etc. as per central team guidelines. Ensure appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials. Ensure efficient inventory management to ensure availability of required materials Ensure incoming materials are received and placed in correct racks / locations Provide support to the Receiving Quality team in conducting regular raw material quality checks. Provide support to the Pre-Dispatch Inspection (Quality) team in conducting quality checks on Finished Goods bound for packaging and shipping Ensure adherence to all health & safety norms while material handling & management. Maintain & timely update required documentation & MIS for the Management on stock levels, issues etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Position is responsible for Planning, Scheduling , Procurement & Monitoring of RM , Tracking downtime , RMC saving. Tracking of incoming premium Freight , resolving QA issues with the suppliers ensuring adequate coordination.
