Job Purpose: Being Responsible for the legal matters of the Company: Being Conversant with laws relating to and conducting the following activities and lead the team: (1) Contracts (2) Litigation (3) Intellectual Property, (4) Compliance (5) All general legal advisory issues relating to Authorities/ED/CBI/Police. (6) MIS and Legal Research Preferably from Corporate or Manufacturing industry .
