Key Functional Responsibilities:
Deployment of Sales plan for the allocated region / zone
Sales Management with Distributor / Dealers for retail channel product
Deployment of PPA activities
Deployment of Market development plan including training program / channel development
MIS / Daily management.

Key Result Areas:
Sales target achievement: Daily Sales management includes interaction with distributor / supply chain
Deployment of Market Development Plan for the Sales results
Retail run / training program as per schedule to achieve goals.
Monitor competition activities in allocated region and take actions to improve sales along with distributor / dealers.
Managerial Competencies: (Include Core and Some important competencies)
Daily management of work as per the Sale plan / calendar
Coordination with external and internal agencies for execution marketing / sales activities
Inter-personal relationship with Distributor / Dealers / and their sales team to achieve desired goals.

Desired Candidate Profile
Min. 5 - 7 yrs experience in channel Sales
Sales experience in construction industry products like: Steel / Cement / Glass / Aluminium / Tyre / Battery / FMCG
Sales experience of new product introduction / market development
