Roles and Responsibilities
Management of Help desk ticketing system and resolve / troubleshoot the query raised by employees within 24 hours.
Installation and configurations of computers / laptops, hardware / operating systems and applications like antivirus, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP).
Designing of basic software and internal applications for easy, speedy and employee friendly data access such as mobile application for attendance / Gate entry etc.
Coordination with vendors and purchase team for new requirements such as IT assets, software such as antivirus, any hardware or part for internal repair of assets, printers, photocopy machines, scanners, security camera, biometric machines etc.
Job Skills
Ensure process adherence for repair / creation of indent / purchase orders (PO) / invoice processing for purchase of asset / software and coordinate with respective plants / units, finance, purchase departments.
Coordinate with external support team for smooth transition of data and it access for applications like Think -7, Load Test, VMS etc.
Provide support for customer provided internal systems for production and number products per design updation.
Provide real time support to senior management as well as all the assets provided to employees such as connection to internal portal / internet access etc.
Provide support and assistance for Video conference / projectors / Telephones along with intercom connection.
Provide support to internal electronic devices such as flip board / hologram device / NVR / Shop floor TVs for live data of production process.
Configuration of N- computing systems, server management and provide support to employees as well as installation of new device.
Set up and configure new user account (Email ID, Internal portal access, rights for internet, ERP log in etc) and handhold / onboard them for routine usage.

Maintenance of IT assets as well as documents, invoices, inventory, stock for respective plants.
Timely back up of data and server maintenance / monitoring as well as support for printers / plotters / scanners along with vendor coordination.
Installation of surveillance tracking systems and maintenance of CCTV cameras as well as video recording management.
MIS of all IT assets (Software and hardware) for maintenance, breakdown data as well as for renewal of services before expiry.
Emphasis on repair management of assets internally for maintenance cost reduction.
