Roles and Responsibilities a) Design & development of Engine & ATS integration components (isolation mounts, cooling system, air intake system, exhaust After-Treatment System, fuel filtration system etc) of off-highway electronic engines (BS-IV & BS-V), b) Design calculations, CAD layouting and drafting, Selection of OEM components suitable to meet engine technical requirements c) Resolve Current Product issues within a defined time frame & cost with acceptable quality d) Identify cost reduction opportunities on current & future products and execute the CRT projects in a defined time frame.

Job Skills

Essential experience and skills:

a) Proficiency in Pro-E Creo to prepare concepts, 3D layout and 2D drawings

b) Engineering Bills of Material management in Team center

c) Electronic engine troubleshooting skills

d) Understanding of engine integration with various vehicle aggregates, especially hydraulic and electronics

e) Scientific methodology / DOE method of root cause analysis

f) Functional knowledge of On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) / In-Service Compliance (ISC) system

g) DVP preparation for component and assembly

h) Knowledge of India domestic and export market homologation requirements for off-highway

i) Identify opportunities for innovation / creativity and include them in new designs

j) Interpretation of Virtual analysis results (FEA, CFD)
